Loyalty and Retention
I have been a customer for many years… looking at upgrading our devices and had a deal in principle for upgrading… then the agent who previously said that they would add the additional taxes on the next bill lead me on and informed me after things were set up that nope we need payment up front… this was bating and when asked to speak to loyalty I was told “nothing I’m going to do for you, so cancel the order?” I said yes cancel it… I’m shopping around now unless someone contacts me and blows my mind… I’ll pull all 3 lines, and my home services as well cause there are better deals to be had… this is not how business is conducted
