How do I add users to my Telus account?
I'd like to add other users to the account. It shows that I am the owner but I don't see any button to add more users. How do I do that?

Hi there. There are 4 of us sharing the account (4 numbers on the account). When I was exploring My Telus, I saw under My Profile that it is possible to manage user roles and permissions, as noted by FuzzyLogic below. I see two tabs -- for pending and active users -- but there is no option or button for adding users. I want to remain as the Account Owner, but I'd like to add them as Account Member. How would I do that?

I see, so users that are not account owners are already listed as just subscribers. If you were to change their role, it would be to account moderator (which have the same privileges as account owner).

Your account is primarily for billing and configuration purposes. Can you clarify what you are trying to do that requires additional users?

Hello. There are 4 numbers on my account. I'd like to add can the other users so they can track their usage, see details about their plans, and pay their own bills.

I believe this can be done when you login to your account via a web browser and select "My Profile", at the bottom of the page is "Your Accounts"
From there you would select "Manage user roles and permissions"
