How do I add users to my Telus account?
I'd like to add other users to the account. It shows that I am the owner but I don't see any button to add more users. How do I do that?
Hi there. There are 4 of us sharing the account (4 numbers on the account). When I was exploring My Telus, I saw under My Profile that it is possible to manage user roles and permissions, as noted by FuzzyLogic below. I see two tabs -- for pending and active users -- but there is no option or button for adding users. I want to remain as the Account Owner, but I'd like to add them as Account Member. How would I do that?

Official Support TeamI see, so users that are not account owners are already listed as just subscribers. If you were to change their role, it would be to account moderator (which have the same privileges as account owner).
Thank you. Could you please let me know how would I change their role? When I go to "Manage user roles and permissions", they do not appear in the pending or active users tab (only my name displays in the Active users tab.
