Email account deleted
In the process of cancelling my TV and Security services, the rep from Telus deleted my e-mail account that I have had for over 30 years! I spent over 2.5 hours and 3 different phone calls trying to...

The exact same thing just happened to me, except I had continued with my Telus services at my new address.
All of my other online accounts are linked to that email and now I cannot access anything on line because that email is deleted. I called Telus and spoke to a technician within 2 hours of the deletion and the technician was helpful but let me know that only the email department can handle this. She called me back the next day to say they had not been able to reactivate but they are still working on it. I heard nothing last night but as the email department doesn't work weekends...I will wait until Monday. This is extremely frustrating because I am moving and need my email for documents, etc!
