This literally just happened to me. I had a phone call today, called it back and it was a collection agency. I got a text yesterday from Telus with my final bill amount and that it had to be paid before May 26, 2025. That is still over 2 weeks from now. I had paid the full amount as soon as I got the text message. I will be disputing if I see this as a collection on my credit bureau and will not NEVER have another telus account.

- Hsalvail17 months agoNeighbourHi, I had actually cancelled my account which was month to month. The amount is owing is now paid in full. This is not a good business practice and I will never have another Telus account whether it is Home security, Mobile or Internet because of it. I could see if it was 3 months overdue...but it was not.
