Collection Calls
I have been contacted by General Credit Services Inc. collections saying I owe $120, apparently from 2019. I have asked them numerous times to provide me with a bill showing what I owe for. They say ...
I have also started receiving calls from them. I cannot sign into telus and keep getting rerouted. I have not received any bills from Telus and now I am being harassed by a collection agency. My account balance was 0, and I paid all bills so would really like an explanation or a simplified way to get in contact.
You have your choice of ebill or paperbill. Customer service once you are authenticated can check the email address sent to. Sounds like a scam as telus only uses 2 collection companies and that's not one of them

- Thanks. I believe someone from Telus on this group is looking into it. However their first reply to me wasn't "That's not a company we use". But the whole thing seems sketchy to me.
