Official Support TeamHi Kevin, is this the first time you've been contacted by the collection agency regarding this? It would seem odd if there were no collection attempts since the account was closed in 2019 and might indicate this to be a scam/fraud call.
- Yes this is the first time (Over the last few weeks) that I have been made aware of any amount owing.
