Change "Name" to Phone Number - Multiple phones 1 Account
Hi There, I have 55 lines on my bill, and they have names set up to each Phone number. Employees have left, or Trackers have changed units, and I no longer can find the option to "rename" th...

Hi there! Have you tried doing the following?
- Log in to My Telus at telus.com/myaccount
- Click on the My Profile tab from the top banner
- Click on Update subscriber details in the header
- Select the User you wish to update (name change)
- Enter the new name for the user.
- You will need to verify the change with a security code
Select a phone number or email to receive the 6 digit security code - Enter the verification code
- You will be presented with a success screen if everything went right
