Change "Name" to Phone Number - Multiple phones 1 Account

    Hi there! Have you tried doing the following?

     

    1. Log in to My Telus at telus.com/myaccount
    2. Click on the My Profile tab from the top banner
    3. Click on Update subscriber details in the header
    4. Select the User you wish to update (name change)
    5. Enter the new name for the user.
    6. You will need to verify the change with a security code
      Select a phone number or email to receive the 6 digit security code
    7. Enter the verification code
    8. You will be presented with a success screen if everything went right
