Cannot log into the Telus tv + app
I keep getting an error message that I'm not connected to the internet. The app worked fine most of the summer but all of a sudden asked me to log in one day when I went to use it. Of course I couldn't log in, was unable to change my password, and the call back I was promised in a few days with a technician to help solve the app issue never materialized. Now here I am weeks later, on hold for almost an hour to try and resolve this same issue.

Do not disturb was not active, I tried a restart, internet is great with or without wifi, no Telus outages (other than customer support getting back to me - they have been out for about 2 weeks now.) App permissions are all good (It worked most of the summer and just randomly asked me to log in and wont accept the log in). It's not the modem since this has happened in three different locations. The only thing I haven't done is clear the cache. I'll try that now.

what device are you having trouble logging into? can you access telustvplus.com?

Make sure do no disturb is not active, clear cache in the and try again, restart your cellphone, check if internet is active by going to another website, try turning off wifi on your phone and try using cellular data, check the telus outage site, check app permissions, uninstall and reinstall the app, restart your phone, telus.com has support articles about the app, restart your modem by powering it down for a full 1 minute, retired telus TV tech
