billing issue
I have been emailing mailto:[email protected] for weeks and have received no response. I have been to the Telus website trying to find the form to submit so that a ticket can be created but...
Tried that...the bot sent me a link to the support page instead. And on the support page when you click on Billing it brings you to your statement. There is no form to fill in to create a ticket for a billing issue. It feels like they do this on purpose so that you cannot dispute your charges and are forced to just pay what they bill you.

Ask to speak with a person when you call that number.
