Another incorrect overdue payment
Like some others on here I've also experienced an overdue payment warning for my July bill when I log into my account. I never received any emails about this and only noticed when I happened to log in to my account.
I confirmed with my visa and the transaction history on myTelus that the July bill was paid on Aug 6 via pre-authorized payment.
I even received my Aug bill that is due in Sept and it shows $0 being carried over from previous bills and in that statement it confirms that Julys bill was paid off.
I am assuming this is just a Telus system issue but was wondering if anyone else was able to get this resolved since getting a hold of a real person with Telus is almost impossible these days....
I will note that there was a note on my most recent bill advising customers of a system upgrade in Oct for billing. So maybe this is an on going issue and that's why it's being upgraded 🤷🏻♂️

😱Je reçois un mauvais service de votre part: J'AI PAYÉ ma facture , J'APPARAIS SOLDE EN SOUFFRANCE cela est un mauvais créance pour moi et c'est l'erreur de facturation de votre service. Depuis juillet dernier que je veux rectifier ma facture et la surfacturation de Telus alors que j'ai paye la totalité DE SOLDE QUI M'EST EXIGÉÉS EN DOUBLE suspendra MES SERVICES LE 17 Septembre Apres plusieurs APPEL ET COURRIEL ENVOYÉ, JE VOUDRAIS l'adresse courriel pour envoye MA PREUVE DE PAIEMENT
