Wifi unstable
Wifi unstable
Same issue as other contributors.
Have spent upwards of 8-10 hours in the last week trying to get some technical help.
Different people have tried all sorts of things
New dvr
testing connections.
I have installed visual support app.
I can see for myself that my wifi is not steady.
Last tech split something on my router and it seemed to make a difference for a day!
I am now being told my wifi password does not work on the 5ghtz split.
Not interested in calling telus AGAIN, but would love a tech to call me tomorrow morning between 10 and 11.
It might serve Telus to allow people to email them with problems and call back times.
Hope a telus rep reads this.

If you press the reset button it should default back to factory settings and password on the sticker. Try changing channels on the 2.4 and 5 ghz channels.
