Who will be responsible for hundreds of customers possible service interruptions
I just want to congrats Telus to assign maintenance to a company with terrible managed company called "AFL". Look at FDH left opened in view royal area.
Hundreds of customer may be in
trouble if someone mess around FDH cords. It has been same for past 48 hours

Thanks for replying. Please pass this message to Telus managers and do not let AFL skip this responsibility. I know this company because I spoke with two technician about it . They behave with technician shamefully and they are working under tremendous pressure in a long shift. It's AFL bad managment , not just a technician mistake.
