Where did BBC Channel 375 Go!
Tonight I sat down to watch a recorded show on Channel 375 BBC. Nothing -- gone, 1 hour and 3 minutes of a black screen! If I go to Channel 375 it says BBCFHD?? The suggests that the channel exis...
FINALLY! Why channel 375 disappeared was almost as mysterious as why I had channel 375 in the first place. I spent 40 minutes on the line with Telus tech support. With Juan's help the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Telus, you need more tech support people like Juan!

Community Power UserThat channel works fine for me. If you still subscribe to that channel, try rebooting your set top boxes and see if it'll work.
I did a reboot and nothing changed.
I suspect that it's Feb 1st and Telus has decided I no longer need BBC First. I have been subscribed to this channel forever ... or at least since my 2yr contract was renewed in August 2024.
Anyone from Telus that can explain this? Anyone at Telus that can turn it back on for me?
