Warning.
Hi, recently made a 2yrs internet plan, while it is understable delay can happen. Please be aware about signing contracts. Upon conflicting their own schedule, not sure what happened they decided to consent my your behalf, assuming my calls are recorded they can review it and it is a violation, I am pretty sure consenting on someones behalf is illegal. The reason my internet install was delayed was because they claimed that I called them to reschesdule which I did not, if they can do that, what else can they do?.
Yes the voice was clear, his exact words "You called to reschedule" the schedule was another week when I already waited for 2 weeks. why would I reschedule? why wpuld anyone?
Please be aware when you are signing contracts with telus.

The account would have been verified, meaning before an order was placed our team would have confirmed that the caller was the account holder or authorized user on the account.
