Home Internet - Transfer of Ownership
Hi, I'm currently living with a roommate in a house. I'm the owner of the current TELUS internet plan, and looking to transfer my ownership to my roommate.
I looked at a support article which tells me to find a form under the "Transfer of Ownership" section on MyTelus page. I couldn't find the form anywhere on MyTelus. Am I looking at the wrong place?
Would appreciate any help on this!

Because a home internet transfer of ownership requires creating a brand new account for your roommate (which includes a mandatory soft credit check on them), it almost always has to be initiated directly with our Home Services team. We'll send you a private message to discuss further.
