Video on Demand choice will not play

Is there any sort of ETA on when this will be resolved? It's now Wednesday, and the episode will have been up (supposedly) for 10 days or so. I really would like to watch it before I start watching the other ones.

Official Support TeamOur Optik team confirms that the episode looks and plays fine on their end. Have you tried rebooting your equipment to see if that resolves the issue?
I tried it this morning and it didn't work, but after your last reply, I tried it again, and now it works. I don't know why, I didn't do anything, but it seems to have resolved itself.
