Upgrading from Telus Internet 25/25 to Gigabit Internet
Does upgrading from Telus Internet 25/25 to Gigabit Internet require on site visit by a Telus technician? I am on Telus PureFibre. martinwk
If you are already on purefibre(assuming you already have an ONT installed) they can just upgrade from their side by changing the profile. There may be some exceptions that I am not aware of.
