Updated my internet and somehow my smart home (alarm.com) was cancelled.

I had my internet updated to 3 gbps pure fibre and for some reason my access to alarm.com stopped working. I checked at my Telus and my smart home security was cancelled. I called up and set up a call back for Monday so I can hopefully get the system checked out and reinstated  to Telus and drop the alarm.com interface  and get a bundled price improvement?

    Yes I contacted client care and had alarm reconnected.

    Looks like I somehow missed email or letter noting Telus ADT customers need to merge their SmartHome Security account with other TELUS services?
