Unable to contact customer service to cancel

I need to contact customer service to cancel my home service, but this is turning out to be a nightmare.

  1. Staff in store cannot cancel services.
  2. You cannot schedule a callback, because they are "fully booked"
  3. I cannot call during their phone hours due to an atypical work schedule.
  4. You cannot cancel via their self service
  5. Their "expert messaging" does not work. It says I have a message but the inbox is empty.

What other ways are there to contact their customer service? Do I really need to book time off of work to cancel my service? It is infuriating.
