Unable to access webmail.telus.net
Yesterday there was 'an upgrade in your neighbourhood'. It was successfully completed at 7:30 am. All was working at that time. Later last night, Oct 7, access to webmail ended. I am using Edge as a browser. The message is: the connection was reset. Can't reach this page. I've checked the system settings as suggested. I've rebooted. All to no avail. I can access the mail from the app on my iphone, but not my laptop. I am doubtful the upgrade and the loss of connection are related, but am mentioning it in case they are. I have no idea what the upgrade was about.
Access has been re-established. I did try the DNS flush - it didn't work immediately. The InPrivate browser didn't work. Clearing the cache was ineffective as well. I can't be confident that the DNS flush was the redeeming solution, but I did reboot a number of times, and turned my laptop off for 30 minutes as well. Thanks for your suggestions.

Email Access Problem | TELUS Neighbourhood
Not sure where the problem lies but until it's fixed you should be able to access your email with https://mail.google.com/

That error in Edge typically indicates a temporary network, DNS, or browser cache mismatch (since your phone is accessing your email normally). There are a few things you can try:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, and restart your browser.
- Try an InPrivate browser window (CTRL+Shift+N when in a browser to open a new window to try).
- Try flushing your DNS; press the Windows key + R, then type cmd and hit Enter. Once in, type ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter (not the space after 'ipconfig')
If none of that works, let us know and we can get you in touch with our Tech Support team for further investigation.
