TelusTV+ Guide Freezing on Apple TV
Anyone else having this issue? TelusTV+ guide is extremely frustrating to use as it constantly freezing and switches between days / hours when scrolling the guide, depending on the length of the program scrolled past.
Constantly having to reboot the box just to use the guide.

That definitely sounds annoying.
For the switching issue, can you try disabling the touch-sensitive surface of the remote to see if it's perhaps registering unintentional touches causing conflict? Here's how:
- Go to Apple TV Settings > Remotes and Devices.- Change Clickpad from "Click and Touch" to "Click Only"
For the freezing can you try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it to see if that helps?
