I am wondering if we have any updates on the Apple TV version of the TV+ app. While the Apple TV app has been out for a long time it seems to not be getting any better. I see all of these new apps coming out for the Firestick and built in tv apps for Samsung and LG. The new apps have 4k channels where the Apple TV still doesn’t (at least on my end it doesn’t). just wondering if there is a time frame as to when the Apple TV app will be updated to feature parity. It could be a placebo but it also seems like the Apple TV app is lacking in streaming quality compared to the other. i appreciate Telus putting this app everywhere but surely they should all be equal.Solved116Views0likes1CommentHow is the TelusTV+ app for Apple TV so bad? least user friendly experience
Anybody else feel the same? this is probably the least user friendly app I have used for this. How is it so difficult to select a show? how is it so difficult to select a time slot? oh what's that the olympics are on right now? well if you are in the guide and hit the left button, it will take you ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the way to when the program started as opposed just going 30 minute intervals LIKE EVERY OTHER APP DOES. How is it so difficult to just left and right on this? if I am on a program that is on for 4 hours, and I want to look forward in the guide 30 minutes from now, it takes me to the end of when this program ends. so lets say its 6:00PM, I am on a program that goes from 4:00PM - 8:00PM, if I try to go and see what was on 30 minutes ago, it takes me all the way to 4PM, if I want to see what is on 30 minutes form now it will take me to 8PM as opposed to 6:30PM I don't understand, am I missing something?3KViews0likes5CommentsTelusTV+ sign in doesn't work but MyTelus account does.
Hi, List of things I've done: Reinstalled the app for Android on my s21 ultra, and tried Chrome and Edge for browsers. My username/password is the same on both and I'm not mistyping. Browser Error: Error: You are not currently logged in please try to login again. - If I click OK nothing happens App(2.20.309.002) Error: ERR_AGL_ACN_3545 and if I try to log in again it says ERR_ID_unknown. I do have an Optik TV subscription on my account so it should be working according to Billing and first line Tech support. I talked to tech support for 2 hours on Oct 9th 2024 and they said they would call me back yesterday and didn't. At this point its still not working. I'm looking for a status update and I don't think I should have to wait on the phone again for an hour before getting a hold of someone. I'm not sure how this is so hard to be fixed? Can't you guys just add telustv+ back to my account or just reset something to fix it?1.8KViews0likes2Comments
