Telus Won't Let Me Cancel My Internet
I have tried numerous times to cancel my internet with Telus but they won't cancel it. I've called multiple times and they keep saying the request is put in and someone will call to confirm, but no one calls. They continue to lie and deceive. I would not recommend Telus to anyone.

Hi A-B, there's no option for me to reply to your private message on this platform. I received it, but I can't reply. I was never given a case number for my request, and I was never given a reason why my internet hasn't been cancelled except for "it will take some time for my request to go through".
