Telus TV+ shows error randomly while watching TV
The Telus TV+ app on Chromecast with Google TV will randomly show an error while watching live TV. The channel will be streaming fine and then suddenly show an error message saying: "Sorry an error has occurred. Please try again. ERR_PLAYER_P213". After this error appears, changing to any other channel will also show the error. Exiting to the home screen and then launching the app again will fix it.
What causes this error and how can we prevent it from happening?

Hi NotGood, there was an update to the BYOD apps a couple of days ago, can you try re-installing to app version 1.6.2.0, and ensure your Chromecast is up to date as well? Hopefully that will reduce the issue. Thanks.

Very sorry about that! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? Perhaps KHR or Optik-Kate are aware of this specific issue?
