Telus TV Mini

Received the new Telus digital device and was impressed with the quick delivery and liked the fact all would be in one box. That soon ended. The remote would not turn on the TV as the old one did. Have to keep the old remote. Although the picture appeared better the sound quality is bad. The closed caption is in a very large font and although there is a setting to change that it does not. The partnership with Google is offensive. Always things to buy. If I want to buy something I go shopping. Like to listen to music on the Stingray service. Had to sign into Google and download the app. In the classical music section there are 5 choices on the Playstore app. On the Apple App store app there are 12. Needless to say, won’t be using Telus for music. Will be registering a complaint with the CRTC about the provision of a down grade in service wiyhout a decrease in monthly billing.
