Yes I have tried the app on multiple devices. Chrome. Edge. Firefox. Cleared cache and all. I'm beginning to think it's not on my end. Wondering if there's an easy fix I haven't tried. Mostly wondering if Telus or myself didn't set my account up for it properly.

Curious if there was ever a resolution to this problem? I signed up a month ago and have been back and forth with Telus for exactly the same issue. I see you and I are not the only ones, as I've been looking for solutions online.
