Telus home security APP -error
Hello there!
Having an issue where when login into my telus Smart home App sometimes it errors out then brings up a Koodo web page to log into but im not with Koodo. Has anyone else experienced this issue. It a really weird one.

Hi Immediate Fixes:
- Clear the app cache and data
- Completely log out of the app
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Ensure you're using the latest version
Authentication Check:
- Verify you're using the correct TELUS SmartHome app (not MyTELUS app)
- Confirm your login credentials are specifically for SmartHome Security
- Make sure you're not logged into any other TELUS services when trying to access the app
