Telus TV+ in Ontario - app for Roku and WebOS?
These don't appear to be available yet - are they in the planning stages? WebOS is used by high end LG TVs so I think this should be supported...

Telus doesn't announce upcoming plans like that. We typically only find out once they release the new thing or make an announcement about it.
WebOS is only on a small number of TVs so I have significant doubts that it will be supported with a native app any time soon, if at all.
Roku, maybe.
Amazon Fire devices, more likely.
