After more testing, this seems to be an Apple-specific issue. Here's what I have tested:
- Telus TV+ app on Apple TV in basement - 'Not connected at home'
- Telus TV+ app on Apple TV in living room - 'Not connected at home'
- Telus TV+ app on My iPhone 16 Pro - 'Not connected at home'
- Telus TV+ app on LG WebOS TV - 'Connected at home'
- Telus TV+ app on Wife's Pixel 10 Pro - 'Connected at home'
