I'm going to make another attempt to get someone at telus to fix the problem 888-811-2323. I will escalate the trouble. If I don't get any help tomorrow I will cancel my TV account
I’ve seen this numerous times on this forum and your account needs to be provisioned for the android boxes. Don’t know why Telus can’t figure it out.
- It's their loss...even tho they probably don't care. I've been a loyal customer since 1978. I worked for BCTel/Telus for 35 years and if I had treated customers the way I'm being treated now I would have been disciplined.
