What is the point of rebooting the box or replacing it with a new one? I can see all the cloud recordings with my phone app but when I try to play them it says "recordings can only be played on your optik tv digital box". This is impossible because there are no recordings in the box they are in the cloud.

Sounds like your account isn’t provisioned properly for the new box.

It worked ok for 3 days except for the missing Stingray Music VIDEO app and missing Stingray channel 583.

I'm not very familiar with the Stingray Music Video app, but there is a Stingray Music app in the Google Play Store for download that's free for TELUS subscribers. I can also see channel 583 Stingray Country in my guide; you may need someone to add the channel for you?

I already have the Stingray MUSIC app. I didnt say it was missing. It's the Stingray MUSIC VIDEO APP that's missing. I had it previous to replacing the box. I requested channel 583 to be readded numerous times using the telus expert assistant online which took 3 days to respond and did nothing. Got no callback. Then yesterday I finally gave up and phoned 888-811-2323 spoke to a person at 888-811-2323 and he did not know how to readd the missing channel and is sending me a new box instead.
