Hi dru,
I am unable to login back to my telus community neighbourhood account after entering using my user name and password.
I get these error messages
You need to re-authenticate for following reason(s):
The username or password is not recognized.
Is telus having some issues on the website server?

So far there doesn't seem to be any suggestions that this is a bigger issue but I'm keeping an eye on it for sure.
I finally solved my own problem or issue.
1)I forgot my name of my user name of my account .
2)i did a pasword reset , i know my email
Problem solved finally.
