- Hi dru,I am unable to login back to my telus community neighbourhood account after entering using my user name and password.I get these error messages
You need to re-authenticate for following reason(s):
The username or password is not recognized.

So far there doesn't seem to be any suggestions that this is a bigger issue but I'm keeping an eye on it for sure.

I'm a little bit confused since your message posted just fine under your username but I'll keep track of mentions for this same behaviour from anyone else to see if it's a broader issue. Thanks for letting me know 🙂
