TELUS Connect App Issues
The TELUS Connect app has been buggy since it was introduced. You can tell this by using it and also from the terrible reviews that it continues to get (7000 reviews with average of 2.7), literally y...
I had to split the post because it was longer than 2100 characters. Here is the rest:
In the Google Play store, there is an email address for app support ([email protected]). I've sent numerous emails, but I've never received a reply, not even an automated reply. If you're not going to respond to emails sent to an email address that you publicize, don't bother providing the email address!
It also references a beta test, which is always full. I've been a software developer and done software QA. I've been a beta tester. I'm very good at finding and reporting bugs. I could provide actionable feedback. If you're not going to accept requests to join the beta test, why bother mentioning that there is a beta test?
TELUS isn't a two-bit company. Why is the TELUS Connect app so terrible after so many years?
