Stream+ Activation issues
I have talked to Telus multiple times. Logged 2 tickets since July 9th and they cannot solve the problem of my stream plus basic being stuck on activation. I was told it would be solved in 5 business days. I called today and spoke to technical support who told me they have no record of the ticket at all. He said “we have no proof” … well my call logs show the amount of times I have called Telus about the issue with no resolution. I am tired, I am frustrated and I am almost ready to cancel everything, even my internet and home security if this doesn’t get solved asap. I do not appreciate being lied to by the previous rep and his not even logging a ticket and lying to me about it. What a waste.

steam plus activation issues not resolve yet can't add it on my account spoke to several agent even them are having an issue activating or adding it to my account can these problem be resolve???

Sorry to hear about that experience. We'd love to look into this for you but we're experiencing some issues with private messages (PM) since our community upgrade last week. We're working to restore PMs but don't currently have an estimate time for repair. We'll circle back with you once PMs are re-enabled. Thank you.
