I have talked to Telus multiple times. Logged 2 tickets since July 9th and they cannot solve the problem of my stream plus basic being stuck on activation. I was told it would be solved in 5 business...

5 months agoSorry to hear about that experience. We'd love to look into this for you but we're experiencing some issues with private messages (PM) since our community upgrade last week. We're working to restore PMs but don't currently have an estimate time for repair. We'll circle back with you once PMs are re-enabled. Thank you.
