I am an EPP member and have 5G+ Premium mobility plan. However I am not able to access the $25 stream+ pricing for 2 years.  the order only shows the $5 discount.   has anyone else had this issue an...

I have a similar issue. After speaking with Client services, it was suggested that I cancel my current Stream plus premium plan in order for the $25 stream plus premium plan to show up and be able to add on. But it’s still not available to add.

    Now I see the option to add the Stream Plus Premium at the $25 promo price, but I have to wait until my current cancelled plan expires. Thanks.
