Series recordings can’t be set…
I’ve just switched to the new telus optik tv digital boxes. Pvr’ing works for individual shows/programs. If i try to set up a “series recording” i get the error “Series recordings can’t be set”. I’ve tried this with multiple shows & channels same issue. What is the fix?? Seems like this new digital telus box has lots of issues…
Hi Rh555 , we're aware of the series recording bug and our development team is working on a fix. While I can't promise a timeline, I will update when I have them. Here is a post where I've recorded some known experience gaps that we're working on. Thank you for your patience while we working on improving the service.

Hi Rh555 , we're aware of the series recording bug and our development team is working on a fix. While I can't promise a timeline, I will update when I have them.
