Rural Internet speeds
Telus advertised speed for my area is up to 50 Mbps for download and up to 20 Mbps for uploads. Through all me testing it usually varies from 8 Mbps to 27 Mbps. Not even close to 50 Mbps making it im...
Throttling is not good especially when I'm paying Telus for Stream+ Premium.

FuzzyLogic also brings up a good point: many environmental factors can affect your wireless speeds if you're referring to Wi-Fi. Cellular data speeds are often quoted as "up to" for similar reasons but is also complicated by factors including (but not limited to): signal strength/spectrum coverage, device limitations, possible congestion.
