- What i owe at the moment
- The equipment that I have returned is received
- My service is canceled or not
- Do they Donald charge my early termination fee, even if it's not my fault, I just requested to transfer to my new address and there was no fiber as I was told by technician and it will take two weeks to get the repair done, which i refused, I needed the service their as soon as I move.
- Please send me some written receipts of Cancellation and billing as well
- I will really appreciate

Please please 🙏 I'm no more with telus. I have canceled the service on mrch 26 have paid all my bills and telus is forcing to charge me even if I don't have the service they just send
