really really bad service
I am shocked that Telus had me on hold for over 3 hours / 3 agents then hung up on my call.
This is just to find out the status of a delivery OMG OMG OMG
I cant beleive the incredibly [poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
