Community Power UserI believe the round connector is for analog output. You would need a special cable to use that. Do you have another TV you could try connecting the box to?
My local Telus tech gave me a cable for this output. Only video out that works is the single yellow one, no settings had changed on the box. Tried the HDMI codec enabled, also tried all resolution/screen sizes. No good still so the HD output is screwed. Guess I will be stuck with getting a new box that can't retain any favourite recordings.
