Optik TV freezing and pixelating
What’s with all the freezing and pixelating lately on Optik TV?
Did all that…still freezes at random times.

Can you try unplugging power to both the ONT box and routers for 10 seconds, then plug them back in and re-assess once everything boots back up? Note: this will disconnect all networked devices until internet comes back up.
