My Favourite channels
why do I have to keep choosing my Favourites after turning off the TV , when I turn on the TV the guide is back to My Subscribed channels

Official Support TeamThanks Gary. You don't need a technician to purchase an ethernet cable and connect it to the modem from your laptop. This method will give you the fastest speeds possible if you are willing to be limited by the length of the cable
the technician told me when he did the install there was no need for an Earth-net connection
