How do I change my router to dual channel?
Does anyone know how I can switch the settings on my router to handle 2.5Ghz as well as 5Ghz bands?

You should be able to use a feature called SmartSteering on your router/modem, which merges the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single network name (SSID) to automatically give you the best speed. If you disable it, it'll give different network names to each frequency.
