Are there any humans working at Telus?
Can I please talk to a human? For the love of god, why can't I talk to a human? I just spent 2 hours using the chat feature with a "human", and then suddenly the chat was closed without my issue bein...
After several more attempts throughout the day, I finally got ahold of an agent. The renewal deal that I was offered via the initial chat (before the chat suddenly closed) was no longer available. I am beyond disgusted at how much time I've wasted with Telus. I am cancelling my service and going with Oxio. Telus you need to do better!
