Prime on TelusTV+21T

Today the prime button brings up a black screen. I go to settings>apps>prime and it asked me to go to prime website and enter a code on TV. This is how I set it up two years ago. Done, OK I am watching Prime after doing this, this is a new problem. 

Is there a reason for this to occur?

    Hey Rocky3 - I would say it is due to a software update that may have come through for the app and that cleared the cache forcing a login again but I am not entirely sure. So far you seem to be the only one affected so I can check with the team if that's the case
