on Gigabit plan and only getting 1/2 the speed up and down. What's up?

Well i just found out from Telus Support that they never actually upgraded the fiber line to my home yet charged me for the service anyway. Hence the speed never actually could reach over 500. I'm not impressed at all. I will wait to see how they remedy this.

I think what Kent2 was asking was what device are you testing from and how is it connected to the network.

I have also tested my speed at different times/dates (including when neighbourhood is asleep). Still doesn't go higher than 460 Mbps - no where near the 900+ the service is supposed to operate at

online speedtests including anything Telus offers
