No internet for 3 days and no end in sight

I was a Telus customer for a long time. Left for Australia in 2025 now back in BC. Went to a kiosk to request internet service. Technician came on Oct 1. Internet worked for 2.5 days. Called support on Oct 4 and again on Oct 5. Still no internet on Oct 6, day 3! I'm past wanting to know what happened, I just want it to work. Nothing in my home works now and this is killing my cellular data. I want this to be resolved quickly!
